Our Team

  • Kelsey Kuecker - owner/instructor

Meet Kelsey Kuecker, founder and instructor at The Broadleaf Yoga Studio. Her journey with yoga began when she was sixteen years old and as cliché as it might sound, yoga truly saved her life. Since that day, her mat has been her home base a place she returns to again and again to reconnect, release, and rediscover herself.

After completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training here in Wichita, Kelsey spent the last six years sharing her love of movement with others. Yoga became the thread that carried her through seasons of change, helping her rebuild confidence and come home to herself in new ways.

Kelsey’s classes are a blend of strength, mobility, and mindful flow with an emphasis on active flexibility and feeling every inch of the movement. Expect a balance of grounded stillness and a bit of play: maybe a chance to dance around your mat before sinking into a deep squat or heart-opening pose. She loves creating space for you to challenge yourself, let go of what’s heavy, and step into the version of you that feels most at home.

Most of all, Kelsey is endlessly grateful for the community that yoga continues to grow a space filled with authenticity, laughter, and heart.

  • sarah nelson - manager/instructor

Sarah teaches a vinyasa power yoga style class. She has spent years learning how to read the room and can build a class, in the moment, that is accessible for everyone, while still feeling lively and challenging the body. If you enjoy energetic playlists and a good, slow burn, then you should give Sarah’s classes a try!

Sarah tried her first yoga class in 2017 and was quickly hooked. She had finally found a healthy way to move her body that felt like more than just a workout. She had always struggled with social anxiety and public speaking, but in 2021, she challenged herself and completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and began teaching classes shortly after. Her confidence didn’t come overnight, but the joy she felt from sharing the beauty of yoga with others fueled her drive to overcome her fears.

If she’s not at the studio, you can find Sarah hosting yoga events around the city, trying every local restaurant, hanging out with her friends, or traveling the world. She would love to chat with you about her cats, Star Wars or Lord of the Rings.

  • traci withrow - instructor

Yoga found Traci 17 years ago and from her very first class, she fell in love. Traci completed a Yoga Alliance 200-hour YTT in 2020 and has been teaching ever since.  It’s her love and passion.

Yoga has brought so much love & appreciation for her mind and her body.  When she is on the mat it’s like coming home to self.  It’s been the one constant in her life, always. Yoga has allowed so much space for healing and through the unity and community of the practice she has connected with amazing people and found her front row friends, her tribe.

    Come flow together!

  • erin goodnight - sub

At the age of 15, Erin attended her first yoga class after the unexpected death of a friend. There wasn't any classes beyond gentle yoga available in her smaller hometown...so, for the next 5 years, Kathy Smith and her Power Yoga VHS, would be her own personal guru. Yoga is magical, in that it can be anything the practitioner wants it to be. It can be restorative one day, and a sweat fest the next. In 2015, Erin finally became a 200hr RYT yoga instructor. Her goal as an instructor is to make yoga approachable, challenging and fun. Through her teaching, Erin hopes to provide a fun, safe environment that allows the students to experience the wonder that is yoga.
