A Ladies Night of Summer Flow + Soul Writing
A playful, uplifting evening designed to energize your body and nourish your spirit. We’ll begin with a zesty summer-inspired Vinyasa flow to build heat, shake off stagnancy, and reconnect you to your inner glow.
From there, we’ll melt into a juicy restorative cool down to soften, exhale, and receive. After practice, enjoy fresh fruit and light charcuterie while we gather for Soul Writing, a simple guided journaling experience to quiet the mind, connect inward, and let what’s real move onto the page.
We’ll close with the option for gentle group sharing in a warm, supportive space. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, brighter, and more connected to yourself.

This 2-hour session focuses on the crow family of poses, offering progressive drills, safe technique, and individualized coaching to meet you where you are.
Learn to protect your wrists, overcome fear of face-planting, and experience the power of a well-structured warmup designed to prepare your body and brain for arm balancing. You’ll learn the mechanics of crow pose, from wrist alignment to core engagement.
This session includes wrist care, fear management techniques and step-by-step progressions into One-Legged Crow, Baby Crow, and Crow Jumpback to Chaturanga.
